- Soutien à la Gestion des Partenaires : Fournir un soutien proactif et réactif aux partenaires, y compris la résolution de problèmes, la formation, et la communication régulière.
- Suivi des Performances : Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes indirectes pour surveiller les performances des partenaires, évaluer les KPIs et aider à l'élaboration de plans d'amélioration dans le but de soutenir le développement des ventes indirectes et d'accroître l'efficacité commerciales des partenaires
- Communication et Coordination : Assurer une communication fluide entre les partenaires et l'entreprise, en facilitant les réunions, la transmission d'informations importantes, et la coordination des activités.
- Support marketing et formation : Aider à la mise en œuvre des initiatives marketing destinées aux partenaires et participer à la création de supports de formation, de documentation et de présentations pour renforcer la compréhension de nos solutions par nos partenaires.
- Rapports et analyse : Participer à la collecte et à l'analyse de données pertinentes pour évaluer l'efficacité des partenaires et contribuer à l'optimisation des processus.
- Étudiant en master (BAC+4 ou BAC+5), idéalement dans une filière liée aux ventes, au marketing ou à la gestion.
- Intéressé par le domaine des logiciels SaaS et de la distribution spécialisée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec la capacité de travailler dans des contextes multi culturels.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'Espagnol. La connaissance d'autres langues est un plus.
- Fort désir d'apprendre et capacité à s'adapter rapidement.
- Disponibilité pour une période de stage de 6 mois de Septembre 2024.

Notre solution Cegid Retail équipe des grandes marques de la mode et du luxe comme Chanel, L'Oréal ou LVMH. Nos produits sont commercialisés à la fois en direct et par le biais d'un réseau mondial de partenaires stratégiques.
Dans le cadre de notre expansion internationale, nous recherchons un stagiaire dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe des ventes indirectes internationales.
En tant que stagiaire en Support aux Ventes Indirectes Internationales, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'animation de notre réseau de 50 partenaires, qui s'étend sur les régions EMEA, LATAM et APAC. Vos responsabilités incluront, mais ne se limiteront pas à :
