- coach team members in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
- teach the team Agile practices (ceremonies, agile estimation, artifacts, demonstrating the value, continuous improvement, built-in quality),
- be responsible for implementing Agile (Scrum, Kanban) best practices at team level,
- encourage collaboration between teams and stakeholders,
- be responsible for implementing Agile (Scrum, Kanban) best practices by federating & coaching train stakeholders on adopting Agile mindset,
- be a key change agent,
- create an environment of mutual influence, encourage personal development and support the commitment made by the Agile team.
- ensure alignment by Agile team events (planning, refinements, review, retrospectives, etc.),
- facilitate all ceremonies at team level (Sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, daily standup),
- actively prepare and participate to all team ceremonies at Train level (Teams breakouts during the PI planning event, System demo, ART sync),
- summarize Team goals and publish them for visibility and transparency,
- assist tracking the execution of User stories and capabilities,
- track and communicate key Agile team execution metrics,
- work in collaboration with the product owners and other stakeholders to help filling the backlog and demonstrating Agile mindset.
- provide input on team skills and size to address critical bottlenecks,
- listen and support people with problem identification and decision making,
- work with the teams to gather their pain points and formulate them as a risk.
- facilitate ad hoc synchronization meetings,
- drive relentless improvement, and especially during retrospective workshops.
- analyze user requirements and existing specifications for the development of new (or upgrade of existing) software solutions,
- design functional and technical solutions,
- perform feasibility studies,
- develop software according to Amadeus standards,
- review the other members solutions and code.
- conduct unit, package and performance tests to ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines,
- participate in the validation phase of the product cycle, fine-tuning when necessary to finalise the product,
- support the customer by debugging existing functional and technical solutions in collaboration with the other scrum teams in a project containing 7 web-apps.
- produce software technical and functional specifications necessary for the application and issue it to the requested audience,
- Review and correct the specifications written by the members of the team.
- You are already a Scrum Master and either a Developer with at least 3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be comfortable working within an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze objectives, considers options, and plans and manages appropriately.

The Altéa Services Engineering group's mission is to secure the double-digit growth of Airlines Services by executing a services-operating model that sits on pillars of excellence, flexibility, scalability, and customer focus.
Digital Services have always been an essential component of the Altea services business, which has seen its activities and revenues grow markedly in the last two years. We build bespoke and custom eCommerce products and touchpoints powered by the Amadeus Digital products and platform. The service delivery is powered by a SAFe virtual organisation, resting on a line organisation out of our 12 hubs and sites all over the globe. The organisation is split into 3 regions, that map the TRU commercial organisation: AMER, EMEA, and APAC - as well as a transversal group bridging across the 3 regions.
About the role:
The Services Hub in Nice plays a significant role in powering the 3 Altea Services Engineering Regions and its transversal group.
We build custom products and solutions for several customers: Aegean, Norwegian, Qantas, MilesAndMore, and JAL as well as through the Amadeus Customization Services offering, which serves upwards of 50 customers. We also contribute to various transversal activities, bringing value to the entire group (Migration to the Cloud, DevOps, Security, etc.).
The Qantas Competency center team in Nice is looking for its new Scrum Master with full stack development expertise. The Competency Center is built around 3 teams around the world: one in Nice (France), one in Bengalore (India) and one in Sydney (Australia). Your mission will be divided in two roles. As a scrum master, your main role, you will help the team in Nice and the competency center to be successful. Then, your second role will be to contribute to the project as a full stack developer. You will be in a very rich environment where you will have the opportunity to work and discover a lot of technologies and master your skills.
