Description
Poste : Missions :
* Participer à la conception et à la mise à jour des roadmap produit,
* Assurer que les définitions produit et process répondent aux exigences client aux travers de revues conception,
* Réaliser la veille afin d'identifier les évolutions technologiques à intégrer dans les développements futurs,
* Superviser les analyses de risques et leur traitement,
* Supporter la gestion des budgets en identifiant les besoins en ressources et investissements,
* Formaliser la documentation de développement (règles de conception, outils de conception, checklist de revue de design, supports de formation...),
* Revoir et valider les demandes d'évolution produit/process,
* Participer à l'analyse des défaillances en production ou en retour client afin de définir les actions correctives,
* Supporter avec l'équipe les actions d'amélioration continue.
Profil : De formation Bac +5, Ingénieur minimum, vous avez une expérience souhaitée de 5 ans minimum à un poste d'Ingénieur Développement/Process dans un Département Industrialisation ou bureau d'études.
Vous maîtrisez les Outils de conception et d'analyse (AF, AMDEC, 8D) et l'élaboration de cahier des charges précis.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec le Lean manufacturing.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais.
