L'ANR est à la recherche d'un ou d'une responsable du suivi territorial France 2030.
Mais en quoi consiste ce poste ?
Le responsable du suivi territorial France 2030 supervise les opérations de suivi et de bilan scientifique, administratif et financier des projets financés dans le cadre de France 2030.
De manière plus détaillée, vous devrez manager les chargé.e.s de projets et chargé.es de gestion administrative et financière du suivi territorial, c'est-à-dire, une vingtaine de personnes.
De ce fait, vos missions consisteront à :
· Organiser et superviser les opérations de suivi administratif, financier et scientifique du plan France 2030, hors projets de formation et de valorisation ;
· Valider les avenants aux contrats attributifs d'aide ;
· Valider les trames des compte rendus annuels et de clôturer en concertation avec les responsables d'action et le responsable évaluation de la direction ;
· Coordonner et être en responsabilité sur la mise en place des plateformes de collectes annuelles et de clôture de suivi des projets
· Coordonner et s'assurer de la fiabilisation des indicateurs de réalisations, de résultats et d'impact transmis annuellement par les responsables de projet en lien avec le responsable évaluation de la direction ;
· Copiloter le processus qualité « Suivi des projets DGPIE ». A ce titre, vous serez en charge de la diffusion et serez la/le garant.e de la mise en œuvre du processus ;
· Participer à des activités transverses et à des groupes de travail de la direction et de l'Agence.
