- Assurer un support aux utilisateurs et remédier à tout incident affectant le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures
- Configurer, administrer et maintenir en version nominale les systèmes.
- Mise en production de nouveaux systèmes avec mise à jour des documentations associées
- Rédiger des procédures et documentations techniques
- Gestion des évolutions des moyens techniques en lien avec les intégrateurs et en partenariat avec les équipes de l'ingénierie projet
- Les coordinateurs techniques en charge de laccompagnement opérationnel et de lassistance de premier niveau aux utilisateurs
- Les équipes en charge de lexploitation des régies de post production et des salles de montage
- Les équipes projet pour coordonner la mise en exploitation et assurer la transition entre la phase projet et le mode dexploitation courant
- Les équipes en charge des infrastructures réseau
- Les fabricants, industriels et fournisseurs de matériels
- Les sociétés prestataires dintégration et de support
- Vous avez une formation supérieure (bac audiovisuel ou équivalent)
- Vous avez minimum 3 ans dexpérience dans un environnement Broadcast
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance technique des systèmes AVID , DALET, VIZRT, VANTAGE
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des signaux audio vidéo et une appétence pour les infrastructures informatique.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des formats de fichiers et des process de qualification.
- Vous avez une appétence au monde du Cloud
- Vous êtes reconnu e pour votre rigueur et votre autonomie technique et opérationnelle
- Vous avez lesprit déquipe et des qualités relationnelles pour communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs et clients internes
- Vous avez des capacités danalyse des situations dexploitation complexes et êtes orienté-e vers la recherche de solutions
- Vous savez faire preuve dorganisation et de méthode, de réactivité, dadaptabilité et de disponibilité
- Vous avez une bonne gestion du stress pour réagir à tout problème dexploitation
- Vous avez une très bonne maitrise de langlais
