- Etudier les « pièces marché » (RC, CCTP, CCAP, plans, etc.) et réaliser les métrés et quantités,
- Effectuer les visites sur site pour le compte de l'entreprise et poser les questions éventuelles aux MO et MOE,
- Consulter des sous-traitants éventuels (et bureaux d'études) ou chiffrer en production propre,
- Réaliser la mise à prix pour proposition au responsable du pôle,
- Rédiger le mémoire technique et élaborer les plannings prévisionnels d'exécution des travaux ;
- Participer à la conception des plans d'installation de chantier EN Relation avec le bureau des méthodes),
- Assurer les oraux de négociation (seul ou avec un référant),
- Entretenir des relations commerciales de qualité avec les clients et les architectes,
- Elaborer tout devis pour les chantiers en cours,
- Analyser les « retours chantier » afin d'améliorer en permanence les chiffrages.

L'approche du chiffrage se fait au ratio, ou très détaillée, en fonction de la stratégie retenue par l'entreprise.
Vous évoluerez au sein d'un service comptant à ce jour 4 collaborateurs.
Profil recherché :De formation BAC + 2 à BAC + 5 (EBTP, ESTP, ESITC, ECOTEC... ), vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de chantiers en gros œuvre et / ou corps d'états secondaires d'au moins 4 ans.
Vous possédez les connaissances techniques et un sens du profit qui garantissent la rentabilité et la bonne exécution des projets qui vous sont confiés.
Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer des flux d'informations importants, arbitrer et respecter les délais de remise de prix.
Vos qualités de médiateur(trice) et de négociateur(trice) seront vos principaux atouts.
Une bonne maîtrise de Pack Office est exigée. La connaissance de Progap sera appréciée.
