    Global Bioenergies a annoncé la construction de sa première usine de référence, qui fabriquera l'Isonaturane 12 et l'Isonaturane 16. Ces ingrédients sont clés : ils permettront aux grands acteurs de la cosmétique d'améliorer la naturalité de leurs formules et leur empreinte environnementale. Global Bioenergies porte également la perspective de réduire les émissions de CO2 dans le secteur des transports, en développant des carburants biosourcés comme les SAF Sustainable Aviation Fuels à partir de sucres. Grâce à sa technologie de rupture innovante, l'entreprise contribuera ainsi à limiter le réchauffement climatique.
    Global Bioenergies est une start-up industrielle d'une cinquantaine de salariés cotée sur Euronext Growth depuis 2011.

    Pour accompagner le développement de ses activités, Global Bioenergies recrute un(e) : Responsable des Ressources Humaines (F/H) en CDI
    Poste disponible immédiatement, basé à Paris (Châtelet) et Evry (RER D)

    En tant que Responsable des Ressources Humaines (RRH), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance et le développement de Global Bioenergies. Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion de toutes les initiatives liées aux ressources humaines, tout en vous adaptant à un environnement dynamique et polyvalent. Gérer les processus de performance, de rémunération et de développement des carrières (développement professionnel, formations, suivi de la réalisation des entretiens annuels, évolution des rémunérations fixes et variables en ce compris instruments type actions gratuites, BSPCE ou BSA) ;
    Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures RH alignées sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise ;
    Superviser l'administration des ressources humaines (dossiers du personnel, contact avec les organismes de santé ou de formations, suivi des congés payés...) ;
    Fournir un soutien aux opérationnels et des conseils aux collaborateurs sur les questions RH ;
    Participer à la gestion des relations sociales ;
    Assurer le reporting RH et la veille juridique.

    Formation Bac+5 (ESC ou diplôme universitaire), expérience de 5 années minimum à une fonction équivalente à celle décrite dans cette offre, de préférence acquise en PME.
    Poste en CDI, statut Cadre, basé à Paris (3ème) ou à Evry (91) ;
    Télétravail possible.
