- Work with regional teams to define digital journeys for both B2B and B2C targets, set ambitious and realistic objectives.
- Define and build dashboards ready to use by regional teams to steer performance and improve revenue.
- Be the Global Marketing Data Owner, defining and maintaining customer data architecture in the marketing automation tool (DotDigital) as well as the bi-directional interface with CRM (Salesforce)
- Act as project manager for marketing automation tool roll-out at a global scale.
- Work closely with our CRM team (Salesforce) to ensure effective implementation tailored to the needs of each business unit.
- Administrate our DAM (Sitecore Content Hub) and CMS (Drupal) systems with the help of third-party support teams.
- Provide expertise and training to regional colleagues to optimize marketing automation processes like lead generation and lead nurtering.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to identify marketing activation best practices.
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions and trainings.
- Develop tools and training materials to facilitate widespread dissemination of good practices.
- Analyze results and indicators and give recommendations to regional teams for improvement.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with B2B and B2C targets, preferably in an international context.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools and digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to guide strategic decisions.
- Leadership towards alignment and ability to stimulate a team to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills to share best practices and train colleagues.
- Autonomous and resourceful.
- Fluent in French and English
