- De conseiller les clients (principalement les fonds d'investissement, les cabinets d'avocats et les grandes entreprises) sur le choix du meilleur produit en fonction des typologies des transactions ainsi que des risques identifiés
- D'analyser les documents transactionnels (IM, SPA, APA) et les rapports de Due Diligence afin de comprendre et d'anticiper les problématiques clés de la transaction
- De mener les négociations avec les assureurs afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions du marché (couverture, tarif, ...), de négocier et de placer les polices
- De travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les membres de l'équipe M&A de la région EMEA
- De développer et de maintenir la relation et la satisfaction clients au quotidien dans une optique du développement des assurances transactionnelles sur le marché français
- De s'assurer de la bonne mise en place et du bon déploiement des projets chez les clients

Vos missions au quotidien :
Au sein de la Direction AMATS, vous serez amené à travailler sur des opérations d'acquisition et/ou de cession pour les clients en vue de faciliter les négociations des Déclarations et Garanties, d'en augmenter les chances de succès et enfin d'en sécuriser la rentabilité, au travers de l'étude et de la mise en place d'assurances transactionnelles, en particulier d'assurances de garantie de passif.

Vos compétences et expériences qui feront votre succès
De formation supérieure type Master 2 droit des affaires, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 6 ans acquise dans des cabinets d'avocats d'affaires ou dans le département M&A d'un grand groupe.
Vous avez l'habitude de travailler avec la documentation transactionnelle (IM, SPA, APA).
