    Acteur majeur de la santé grand public et des cosmétiques, le laboratoire Perrigo France, filiale du groupe américain Perrigo Company, s'engage à soutenir la santé et le bien-être des consommateurs(trices) grâce à un portefeuille unique de marques leaders sur leur marché telles que : Phytosun Arôms (Santé Naturelle), Clément Thékan (Vétérinaire), Bi-Oil et Eau Précieuse (Dermo-cosmétique), Compeed (Pansement), Respimer (Congestion), Niquitin (Sevrage tabagique) ou encore Cicatridine (Santé féminine).

    Le E-commerce étant au cœur de la stratégie de croissance du groupe Perrigo, venez rejoindre l'équipe ambitieuse et dynamique du Hub E-commerce & Digital pour participer au développement des ventes en ligne sur Amazon et nos clients e-Pharmacies (Atida, Redcare, Cocoon Center...).

    Alternance de 12 mois à compter de septembre 2024 (idéalement 3 semaines en entreprise / 1 semaine à l'école).

    Périmètre du poste

    Missions Principales

    Suivre et analyser les ventes E-Commerce de nos marques :

  • Suivre les performances commerciales hebdomadaires et mensuelles de nos produits chez nos principaux clients (Amazon, Atida, Redcare, Cocoon Center...) : sell-in, sell-out, stock, trafic, conversion et autres KPIs
  • Mettre en place des plans d'action adaptés et axés sur l'optimisation de la disponibilité, la visibilité, et la conversion de nos pages produit afin d'augmenter les ventes
  • Analyser les performances de la concurrence (via notre outil Stackline) et être force de proposition pour identifier des leviers de croissance afin de gagner des parts de marché

    • Piloter l'assortiment E-Commerce et le contenu des pages produit :

  • Contribuer à la création, à la gestion et à l'optimisation de l'assortiment pour l'ensemble du portefeuille de marques
  • Lancer les nouveaux produits sur Amazon et les E-Pharmacies en collaboration avec les équipes marketing
  • Identifier & recommander des optimisations de contenu et des améliorations SEO chez nos clients afin d'améliorer la conversion de nos pages produit avec l'aide de notre agence et des équipes marketing
  • Veille concurrentielle : identifier les « best practices » des concurrents sur le eCommerce

    • Recommander des plans d'activation digitaux :

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe Digital Marketing et notre agence digitale (Publicis Commerce) pour augmenter la visibilité de nos pages produit grâce aux campagnes SEA et SEO
  • Analyser les performances des campagnes digitales (ROAS, ACOS, ventes...) et recommander des optimisations en fonction de nos objectifs et communiquer les résultats

    • Vous êtes en relation avec nos partenaires commerciaux (Amazon, Amazon Ads, clients ePharma, agence digitale) mais également avec différents services internes de l'entreprise (Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-Commerce Europe, etc ...)

    Profil Recherché

    Vous êtes étudiant(e) en quatrième ou cinquième année d'école de commerce et avez une première expérience commerciale ou marketing (stage ou alternance) idéalement en digital.

    A l'aise avec l'utilisation des outils informatiques et du Pack Office (Word, Excel et Powerpoint), vous avez un bon niveau d'autonomie et une forte capacité d'organisation et priorisation de vos missions.

    Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et proactivité sont autant d'atouts qui vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste passionnant et d'avoir une vraie autonomie.

    Du fait de la dimension internationale de l'entreprise, vous possédez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel.

    En termes de gratification, nous vous proposons :
