    Nous recherchons activement un(e) Chef des Ventes pour dynamiser notre équipe et booster notre croissance. Êtes-vous prêt(e) à relever ce défi stimulant ?

    CCLD, cabinet de recrutement augmenté de talents commerciaux, recrute actuellement un(e) Chef des Ventes Industries pour son client, un spécialiste KNAUF INDUSTRIES, segment BTP
    Localisation : grandes villes pour favoriser une proximité avec les axes autoroutiers et/ou aéroports.

    Dans le cadre d'une création de poste de Chef des Ventes, le/la manager sera directement rattaché au Directeur de Marché. Au sein d'un environnement bienveillant, votre rôle consistera à encadrer vos équipes et à stimuler le développement commercial auprès de notre clientèle.

    En tant que professionnel du management et de la négociation, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Accompagner votre équipe dans l'atteinte des objectifs en ajustant les plans d'action définis conjointement. Vous aurez sous votre responsabilité une équipe de Comptes Clés (KAM).
  • Être présent sur le terrain en organisant des journées d'accompagnement avec vos collaborateurs afin de renforcer leur expertise dans divers aspects du métier tels que les techniques de vente, l'organisation et la relation client.
  • Stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en vous concentrant sur la fidélisation des clients existants et le développement de nouveaux clients et projets.
  • Définir, suivre, analyser et animer les indicateurs de performance clés tels que le chiffre d'affaires et la marge.
  • Servir de lien essentiel entre le siège et le terrain, assurant ainsi une communication fluide et efficace.
