- Elaboration du calendrier de trade marketing des magasins (campagnes nationales, activations magasin, évènements) selon nos lancements produits et temps forts, analyse et bilan des opérations entreprises (ROI) ;
- Implémentation complète des évènements/activations Marketing des HES en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe 'Brand Marketing' du département Consumer Business, coordination des partenaires (fournisseurs, agences externes d'évènementielles) ;
- Mise en place des programmes de fidélisation et amélioration de l'expérience clients ;
- Conception de supports de communication PLV et supports digitaux de nos magasins, brief de notre studio de design et nos prestataires externes ;
- Mise en place des offres promotionnelles en magasin, gestion des stocks et réapprovisionnement (type goodies, cadeaux clients) et contrôle du retour sur investissement des actions entreprises ;
- Réalisation du planogramme produits, création de 'guidelines' de visual merchandising, mise à jour des zones d'expérience en magasin en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe Go-To-Market ;
- Communication de gestion des fournisseurs de détail, analyse des données et suivi des projets;
- Master en Marketing / Sales ;
- Bon(ne) communicant(e) aisance ;
- Passionné(e), curieux(se), en apprentissage perpétuel qui aime les responsabilités ;
