- Responsible for conducting recurring stress tests on Android mobile phones or fusion products to identify online issues, as well as performing compatibility testing with local third-party applications.
- Primarily tasked with independently analyzing fault logs reported by users, troubleshooting codes based on log analysis, and identifying the root cause of problems independently or in collaboration with headquarters.
- Assisting the R&D department at headquarters in deploying problem analysis and locating tools, as well as building and enhancing problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel to user sites as needed to address and resolve user-reported issues.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++ programming languages, and knowledge of the Linux operating system and Android SDK.
- Minimum of 1-1.5 years of experience in developing communication protocol stack software.
- Strong domain knowledge in network communication and familiarity with basic network protocols.
- Understanding of the audio and video call processes and related protocols in the Android system, such as Bluetooth or WiFi protocols.
- Proficiency with Android debugging tools, including ADB, Systrace, and serial port tools. Experience with 4G LTE or 5G NR terminal-side log analysis tools, familiarity with Qualcomm and MTK analysis tools, is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English within a professional environment. Proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus.

About the project
The client is a top mobile phone manufacturer based in China. This role requires onsite presence at the customer's office in Paris. Occasionally, engineers wuld be required to go on a short business trips to user site for debugging purposes.
