- Réaliser, à partir d'une demande Client ou d'une demande interne, l'étude d'actionneurs incluant la proposition de solutions innovantes en prenant en compte les aspects qualité, coût et délai
- Analyser les exigences clients, réaliser l'analyse fonctionnelle et proposer des spécifications internes
- Réaliser et suivre le plan de validation (DVP&R) selon le processus de développement
- Préparer et animer les AMDEC produits et établir la liste des caractéristiques produits associées afin d'assurer la fiabilité des produits
- Assurer le suivi technique des fournisseurs internes et externes
- En tant que spécialiste R&D, participer à la résolution des problèmes ponctuels usine (retour garantie, problème sur ligne)
- Participer activement aux actions de productivité de votre service et proposer des solutions d'amélioration
- Connaitre et appliquer les règles à vos fournisseurs en matière de sécurité, d'environnement et de sûreté définies dans nos usines, dans votre périmètre d'actions
- Diplôme universitaire de qualification professionnelle en génie mécanique ou connexe
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 à 5 ans dans des postes similaires dans un environnement manufacturier moderne - de préférence dans l'industrie automobile
- Excellente connaissance pratique des outils d'ingénierie 3D (de préférence Solid Edge et/ou CatiaV5)
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais
- La capacité de travailler de manière indépendante et systématique
- Volonté de voyager fréquemment en Europe à hauteur 20 % du temps en moyenne
