    about the role

    En tant que Consultant Principal Smart Cities / Industries H/F, vous vous positionnez comme un véritable partenaire de nos clients : vous êtes capable d'embrasser leurs enjeux métier et de formaliser des réponses innovantes.

    Votre rôle consiste à identifier le besoin fonctionnel en tenant compte des enjeux techniques (faisabilité et scalabilité), économiques (rentabilité) et humains (impacts organisationnels ; potentiel accompagnement au changement).

    Vous interviendrez à la fois sur une dimension commerciale :

    La qualification des opportunités et l'avant-vente
    La rédaction de propositions commerciales et réponses à appel d'offres

    Ainsi que sur une dimension conseil et projet :

  • Cadrage stratégique
  • Design de services, cadrage de projets
  • L'animation d'ateliers métiers
  • La recherche de solutions techniques, valorisant les assets innovants du Groupe, ou le recours à des prestataires externes si nécessaire
  • Analyse financière, business model/case, RoI
  • Audit et transformation d'organisations
  • La préparation et participation aux instances de gouvernance
  • L'accompagnement au déploiement des solutions
  • La conduite du changement

    • Les sujets sont variés. Voici quelques exemples de missions relatives à nos thématiques sectorielles :

  • Etude d'opportunité pour le déploiement d'une solution PMR (Private Mobile Radio) 5G pour les métiers d'une plate-forme pétrochimique
  • Identification d'un catalogue de cas d'usages Industrie 4.0 via une démarche design thinking
  • Cadrage et évaluation d'un POC blockchain et 5G pour le technicien augmenté d'un acteur de l'énergie
  • Définition de cas d'usages transport & mobilités dans le cadre des JOP 2024
  • Construction du business case d'une solution de jumeau numérique pour un industriel
  • Définition de cas d'usages data/IA sur les domaines client, maintenance et sécurité/sûreté pour un opérateur d'infrastructures
  • Schéma directeur d'évolution des réseaux Smart Cities / IoT pour une grande métropole européenne
  • Identification des cas d'usages métiers afin de rentabiliser une infrastructure PMR 4G pour des acteurs de l'aérien
  • Audit organisationnel et technique IoT pour un industriel du chauffage
  • Animation d'un partenariat d'innovation entre un opérateur de transport et un acteur de l'IT
  • Accompagnement à la création d'un centre d'excellence sur la XR (augmented/virtual/mixed reality)

    Quelles sont les compétences métiers dont vous aurez besoin en tant que Consultant ?

    Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou d'un IEP, vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans le secteur des technologies (cabinets de conseil, entreprises de services numériques, directions des systèmes d'information) et/ou dans la transformation de l'industrie (directions métiers).

    Vous êtes un passionné des innovations et des nouvelles technologies et avez toujours été attiré par les problématiques de transformation digitale et par l'accompagnement des clients via le conseil. #IoT, #Data, #IA, #5G, #Cloud, #Blockchain, #SDX, #Cybersecu.

    Vous avez une bonne connaissance et/ou une forte appétence pour les problématiques opérationnelles d'un des secteurs suivants : l'industrie, l'énergie, les utilities, le transport, la logistique, l'aménagement du territoire (BTP, les infrastructures,...).

    Vous possédez un esprit critique et analytique, le sens de l'écoute et du partage, et souhaitez prendre part à la vie de la communauté sectorielle et du cabinet via les chantiers internes (recrutement, capitalisation, retour d'expérience, développement d'offres).
