- Assurer le suivi de projets structurant pour Sycomore, tels que :le Plan de Continuité d'Activité,l'implémentation de DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act),l'implémentation de nos process relatifs au Digital Risk Management.
- Organiser les comités IT annuels / mensuels (agendas, comptes-rendus,..),
- Superviser la bonne documentation de nos process et outils IT,
- Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes en fournissant la documentation et les informations nécessaires.
- Actuellement étudiant(e) en Master, vous justifiez d'un précédent stage en informatique, en gestion de projet ou en audit.
- Au-delà d'un intérêt marqué pour les sujets IT, vous êtes intéressé(e) par le secteur de la finance.
- Vous maîtrisez Powerpoint, Excel. La connaissance de Sharepoint et des notions relatives à la norme ISO seraient un plus.
- Vous possédez d'excellentes qualités de communication aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (français et anglais).
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre fiabilité, votre capacité d'analyse et de synthèse et vous apprenez rapidement.
- Vous êtes curieux(se) et aimez travailler en équipe, proposer de nouvelles idées et prendre des initiatives.
