- Construct comprehensive analysis pipelines that combine patient and PDO-derived omics data with wetlab findings.
- Create techniques for pinpointing biomarkers and uncovering potential targets.
- Partner with in-house researchers on various R&D initiatives.
- Disseminate the company's research findings through presentations and publications at academic and industry conferences.
- PhD or equivalent experience in computational biology, computational genomics, machine learning, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years actively leading AI-driven research endeavors.
- Demonstrated success in the field, evidenced by publications, conference talks, and contributions to open source projects, among other achievements.
- Profound understanding of contemporary machine learning methodologies and their mathematical foundations, with a capacity to apply them to clinical or biological contexts for our laboratory-focused team.
