- Collecter et consolider les données commerciales au travers de tableaux de bord.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance commerciale sur son périmètre de clients et construire des recommandations stratégiques :
- Participer et aider à préparer et soutenir l'équipe commerciale lors des réunions avec les comptes clés afin de présenter le rapport de performance des ventes et de prioriser nos recommandations.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente pour collecter les données et les accompagner pour développer le taux de couverture.
- Optimiser nos outils et processus afin de maximiser le temps passé à analyser les données de performance.
- Soutenir l'équipe de merchandising dans la construction de nos futurs assortiments en fonction de la performance des ventes.
- Soutenir la formation des différents départements (ventes, marketing, merchandising) aux outils d'analyse de l'équipe SDA afin de développer le niveau d'analyse commerciale globale.
- Développement de compétences approfondies dans l'analyse des performances commerciales et la construction de recommandation au service du business
- Formation et utilisation des outils d'analyse de performance (Power BI, Excel avancé, ...)
- Evoluer dans un environnement international
- Travailler au sein d'une équipe dynamique et fun au quotidien
- Un feedback régulier afin de continuer à grandir et te développer tout au long de ton parcours

Au sein du département Sales & Marketing, notre Sales Data Analyst Junior W/M aura pour mission principale de collecter et d'analyser les performances commerciales des grands comptes afin de permettre la croissance de l'ensemble des activités commerciales à l'échelle européenne.
Tes missions seront les suivantes :
o Analyse de la performance des comptes clés (ventes, taux de vente, stock, trafic, part de rayon...)
o Analyse des stocks par client pour fournir des recommandations de réassort et optimiser leur activité.

Ce que ce stage pourra t'apporter :
Qualifications
Compétences informatiques : Pack Office, Excel
Langues : Anglais courant (Travail avec des profils internationaux dans le service, la majorité des réunions seront en anglais)
Cursus : Ecole de commerce ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en business analyse
Savoir-être : Personne organisée, motivée avec un bon sens du contact. Intérêt pour l'univers du rétail et bonne vision de ce que représentent les KPI commerciaux.
