- Prise en main du modèle de simulation sur Prosim
- Vérification de l'adéquation du modèle existant avec les données de terrain pour les batteries de séparation gluten de l'AMB et de reconcentration de l'ANM de Lestrem
- Prise d'échantillons et réalisation d'analyses complémentaires si besoin
- Réalisation de tests complémentaires sur module monobloc pour la détermination des caractéristiques des pipettes
- Proposition d'améliorations sur le pilotage et le design des batteries. Estimation des gains.
- Chiffrage du coût des modifications et préparation d'un dossier pour présentation aux instances.

Les produits Roquette sont élaborés à partir de matières premières végétales : blé, maïs, pois, pomme de terre. Les batteries d'hydrocyclones sont des équipements incontournables dans les procédés amidonniers pour la séparation et la concentration des constituants.
