    Job Description

    You join the Credit Risk department in Paris as Leader Manager in charge of the 3 credit analyst teams (about 25 people): two dedicated to corporates and one to Investment Banking activities. In addition to the counter-analysis of credit files, these teams also provide sector expertise and Model Owner of rating and LGD methodologies as experts. As such, you will be a member of the Management Committee of Credit Risk.

    On a daily basis, your mission is to:

  • Monitor the daily activity of the 3 teams and get involved on complicated files and sensitive files / in Watch List;
  • Monitor employee engagement and development and set up a training program on risk procedures and policies;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, supervise and ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines;
  • Actively participate in credit committees, be proactive and provide solutions to identified issues.

    You are familiar with:

    • Analysis and presentation of credit reports, experience gained either within the Front Office or at Risk;

    • Team management.

    You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

    • Organized and synthetic;

    • Able to meet deadlines;

    • Demanding, assertive and caring.

    An experience abroad would be a plus.

    You master English with a C1 level.
