- Launch development & planning : Collaborate with Global cross-functions teams (Marketing, Influence & PR, Merchandising, Digital, CRM, Training) to build strong and relevant 3YP Ensure market relevancy of the 360 developments working closely with the key markets and Global teams fro both global product launches and local KCP animations Work on launch sizing, pricing strategy, portfolio management together with Life Cycle, Pricing and Marketing teams for both Make-up and Ultra-Premium categories Monitor, track and challenge markets' forecasts, work on stock allocations Fuel the Global and local teams with best-in class executions, competition/market best practices etc.
- Analysis & reporting : Track and monitor trade activation plans in all markets of your region prior and post launch Analyse sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks, with quantitative and qualitative insights Build the relationship and partner with the Fashion House to develop the business of your regions Build monthly reports and ad-hoc decks for the Fashion House and internal meetings, including market best practices, results, successes & challenges of the regions Competition analysis and monitoring
- Distribution & Retail Excellence : Ensure a controlled and elevated distribution expansion plan online and offline Provide strategic insights and support the development of E-commerce channels (incl. Tmall, etc...) Closely collaborate with Education team to strengthen our overall retail experience Drive the development of retail excellence projects to increase productivity and image (services instore and online, uniforms) Partner with the CRM team to build a loyalty program and enhance clientelling with exclusive offers, events and services
- Management : Manage and develop an intern/apprentice
- Have a Master's Degree in Business/Marketing/Finance
- Have as a minimum 3-year experience in business development, trade, marketing, or sales
- Have the ability to collaborate with transversal teams in a complex and international environment
- Have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills
- Are organized and have time management skills
- Are reliable and strong attention to detail
- Are fluent in English (> 50% work in English)
- Have advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Have knowledge of the beauty and Retail industry
- Have a good understanding of Asia or Middle Eastern region

You will be part of the Burberry Global Trade Marketing team, developing the business of two key regions : Asia and the Middle East. You will be in charge of the development and execution of brand plans in your markets, to accelerate the growth in profitable and sustainable way through insight-led strategy for your regions.

As our Global Trade Marketing Project Manager, you are responsible for the development of Asia & Middle East regions by supporting the operations of both Make-up & Ultra-premium categories for the Burberry brand.
