    Vos missions

    • Gérer et suivre les commandes des clients sur le site e-commerce de AUBADE
    • Répondre aux questions et demandes des clients par téléphone, email ou chat en ligne
    • Assurer un service client de qualité pour garantir la satisfaction des clients
    • Traiter les retours et les réclamations des clients de manière efficace et professionnelle
    • Contribuer au développement de la relation client en proposant des améliorations et des solutions adaptées

    Vos compétences

    • Expérience préalable dans la gestion de la relation clientèle en e-commerce
    • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
    • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de gestion de la relation client
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant capable de collaborer efficacement en équipe
    • Connaissance du secteur de la mode et de la lingerie serait un atout supplémentaire
