    SINTEL RECRUTEMENT recherche pour l'un de ses clients, très belle marque parisienne de prêt-à-porter de créateur, un

    Coordinateur Service Client E-Commerce H/F

    Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de transformation digitale, vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe e-commerce et serez en relation quotidienne avec l'équipe du siège (retail, qualité, logistique, marketing, CRM, supply, finance) et le partenaire Relation Client.

    Vous serez en charge de la qualité et de l'amélioration du service client de la Maison.

    A ce titre, vos missions s'articuleront autour des axes suivants ;

    1. Traitement des cas clients sensibles et complexes :

    Opérations en back office : litiges, commandes suspicieuses, remboursement, réponses aux réclamations

    Modération de certains canaux de communication

    Coordination interne avec les différents services

    2. Pilotage de la relation quotidienne avec le partenaire Relation Client :

    Partage des prévisions de contact

    Pilotage de la qualité

    Préparation et pilotage des comités en collaboration avec votre manager

    3. Contribution à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client :

    Partage des nouvelles réponses clients sur les nouveaux produits, collections, process et mise à jour des outils internes

    Challenger les process actuels

    Mise à jour des plateformes de réponses clients (FAQ, canaux de contacts)

    Analyse des retours clients et Identification des axes d'amélioration

    Participation à l'élaboration et à la mise en oeuvre de stratégies et projets d'amélioration

    4. Pilotage de la performance

    Analyse des indicateurs de performances et KPIs relatifs à la satisfaction client et à la productivité opérationnelle

    Recommandation de plans d'actions correctifs associés et assurer leur déploiement à l'évolution des tableaux de bords

    Profil recherché

    De formation supérieure Bac +3/5, vous disposez d'une première expérience en service client e-commerce d'au moins 3 ans, idéalement dans le secteur du luxe, ou du Prêt-à-Porter.

    Vous avez déjà utilisé Zendesk et avec impérativement un anglais courant.

    Vous possédez un état d'esprit « Client centric ».

    Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.

    Vous démontrez une solide capacité à gérer des situations difficiles et à résoudre des problèmes de manière proactive.

    Contrat : mission à pourvoir dès que possible jusque fin juillet

    Salaire : 35-38K€ brut annuel selon expérience et compétences
