    Qui recherchons-nous

    Nous sommes actuellement en train de développer nos activités en France. Depuis notre nouveau site à Paris, nous comptons développer le marché français et de fournir une expertise locale à nos clients et partenaires. En tant que directeur des ventes et de la gestion des partenaires pour la France (f/m/d), vous serez responsable du développement de nos activités en France, de la création de relations stratégiques solides avec les entreprises clientes et les partenaires financiers et de l'affinement de notre portefeuille de produits. Vous identifierez les opportunités dans le domaine du financement des fonds de roulement, développerez des solutions appropriées et négocierez de manière indépendante les programmes des clients. Vous dirigerez notre équipe française avec le soutien de notre siège allemand.

    Vos tâches principales:
  • Expansion sur le marché français avec notre produit cflox pay.
  • Acquisition de nouveaux clients ainsi que soutien et conseil à la clientèle.
  • Développement stratégique et soutien de nos partenaires bancaires et non bancaires.
  • Leadership régional, construction de notre équipe française et conduite du succès international.
  • Développement continu de nos services en coordination avec notre équipe à Hambourg.

    • Vos compétences

    Vous avez une personnalité enthousiaste et plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la banque, du financement des entreprises et/ou des fonds de roulement. Grâce à votre passion pour le financement, vous convainquez les clients et partenaires potentiels des avantages des solutions cflox. En outre, nous apprécions:
  • Un diplôme obtenu avec succès, par exemple dans le domaine de la finance, de l'économie ou de l'ingénierie.
  • Une expérience dans le conseil aux entreprises de différentes tailles et/ou dans la vente stratégique opérationnelle dans le secteur B2B finance/ trade finance/capital de travail.
  • Enthousiasme et haut degré de responsabilité personnelle, assertivité et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Être disposé à voyager dans la région dont vous avez la charge.
