    Description
    Au sein de la Direction Talents et Diversité & Inclusion du Groupe Eramet, vous gérez le plan de recrutement pour votre périmètre. Vous êtes un(e) véritable Business Partner pour les équipes opérationnelles et les RH, nous permettant d'identifier et attirer les meilleurs talents au sein d'Eramet. Vous êtes en charge des différentes étapes du process de recrutement pour la France et nos entités à l'international, à savoir :
    Responsable de l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, y compris la rédaction des offres d'emploi, la présélection des candidats, les entretiens, les évaluations et l'aide à la décision d'embauche.
    Recherche de candidats externes (sourcing) et identification de candidats internes en collaboration avec l'équipe Talent Groupe et les équipes RH,
    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des différents départements pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de recrutement
    Reporting et gestion des KPI,
    Veille concurrentielle : Surveiller les pratiques de recrutement des concurrents et rester informé des tendances du marché du travail pour adapter les stratégies de recrutement en conséquence.
    Vous apportez votre expertise Recrutement aux équipes opérationnelles et au RH, en France et à l'international.
    Vous serez également amené/e à travailler sur des projets transverses
    Contribuer à la Marque Employeur Groupe : présence sur les réseaux sociaux, participation aux événements, participation aux groupes de travail,
    Déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir en France et à l'international

    Diplômé/e d'études supérieures (une spécialisation en RH serait un plus), vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 7 ans en recrutement, acquise en cabinet ou en entreprise.
    Vous maîtrisez les outils de recrutement, les différents job boards, les techniques de sourcing ainsi que les outils SIRH.
    Motivé(e) par la recherche de solutions, vous avez un excellent sens de l'organisation et travaillez en mode projet. Enfin, vous avez un très bon niveau de français et d'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
