    Depuis plus d'un siècle d'existence, la société Aubade Paris cultive des valeurs fortes sur le marché haut de gamme de la lingerie féminine. Elle propose des collections innovantes, qui allient romantisme, élégance et confort en y associant ses fameuses Leçons de séduction.

    Vos missions

    • Au sein de la Direction e-commerce/service client et rattaché(e) à la manager du service client, vous participerez au développement e-commerce et service clients en France et à l'international en menant les missions suivantes :
    • Gérer la relation client sur la plateforme e-commerce de l'entreprise
    • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, courriel ou chat en ligne
    • Assurer le suivi des commandes et des retours produits
    • Traiter les réclamations et les litiges avec professionnalisme et empathie
    • Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience client en remontant les feedbacks et suggestions

    Vos compétences

    • Expérience préalable en gestion de la relation client dans le secteur du e-commerce
    • Connaissance approfondie des outils de CRM et des plateformes de gestion de commandes en ligne
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement les interactions avec les clients
    • Fortes compétences en communication écrite et orale pour assurer un service client de qualité
    • Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'allemend
