- Analyser les performances de l'enseigne, de ses marques, des segments et des nouveautés
- Gérer le plan trade réseau en veillant au respect des retroplannings et à la coordination avec les services (responsable trade, supply chain, négo...)
- Optimiser la visibilité de la catégorie sur le digital et la gestion de la stratégie des moyens moteurs web et mise en place opérationnelle avec les différents services internes : emerch, animation, logistique
- Participer à l'élaboration du plan de lancement des nouveautés de son portefeuille de marques.
- Gérer les opérations promotionnelles
- Assurer la communication avec le réseau (directeurs régionaux et magasins) à travers l'intranet
- Assurer le suivi du Budget validé par le Responsable du Category Management et la Direction.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre des actions définies dans les joint-business plans fournisseurs établis par les Achats en vue de l'atteinte des objectifs de CA et de marge.
- Faciliter la coordination entre les Equipes Animation, Achats et Supply dans le but d'optimiser l'exécution du plan d'animation dans les magasins.
- Contribuer aux lancements des nouveaux produits sur la catégorie (définition du plan de lancement en collaboration avec les différentes Equipes (Europe et/ou France) et les marques sélectives.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les Achats.
- Anticiper, alerter et proposer des actions correctrices sur les 4 leviers.
- 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire
- Vous êtes dôté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit de synthèse, avez le sens de l'analyse et une appétence pour les chiffres
- Vous êtes une personne organisée, rigoureuse et autonome
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse
- Vous avez une première expérience en marketing opérationnel
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise du Pack Office, EXCEL et SAP est un plus
