    Description de la mission

    Mission principale :

  • Participation au développement des activités de la Maison Balmain.
  • Accompagnement des Responsables du service dans leurs missions quotidiennes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance du e-commerce, et veille de la bonne mise en application du calendrier commercial sur les canaux digitaux.

    • Détail des missions :

  • Création des fiches produits et rédaction des descriptions sous Excel : collecte auprès des différents services de la maison des informations produits, respect des guidelines éditoriales et SEO ;
  • Coordination et suivi des shootings : gestion du flux des échantillons pour les différentes plateformes e-commerce, suivi de la réception et du référencement des visuels en accord avec les guidelines, importation des photos dans le back office ;
  • Mise en ligne quotidienne des nouveaux produits en fonction du calendrier de lancement des collections ;
  • E-merchandising : mise en avant des produits en fonction des stocks et des communications ;
  • Animation du site : mise à jour des visuels et des contenus éditoriaux dans 7 langues ;
  • Veille concurrentielle : benchmark des best-practices e-commerce du secteur du luxe ;
  • Reportings : analyse des performances commerciales des différents canaux digitaux, suivi de l'évolution du trafic, veille des prix, etc. ;
  • Newsletters : support à la création et à l'envoi des newsletters, suivi des performances.

    • Profil

    Vous êtes en formation au sein d'une école de commerce, préférablement en stage de fin d'études.

    Vous avez de la rigueur, de la curiosité, une bonne organisation et vous êtes impliqué.e dans votre travail

    Vous avez une très bonne aisance sur les outils de bureautique et notamment Excel
