- Participer à la gestion du RUN :
- Répondre aux sollicitations de la cellule de support 1er niveau ;
- Investiguer les problèmes en sollicitant les développeurs si besoin ;
- Apporter une solution au problème ou le loguer dans la backlog pour l'intégrer dans une future version (priorisation à faire avec le PO métier) ;
- Participation à la gestion des évolutions ;
- Formalisation des besoins en maintenance évolutive/corrective ou d'un projet ;
- Participation aux sprints plannings ;
- Participation à la rédaction et suivi du développement des Users Stories ;
- Participations aux tests des livrables ;
- Suivi des versions.

Vous rejoignez notre équipe Business Process au sein du département DSI NWM , qui recherche un.e Assistant Proxy Product Owner Fronting, pour une alternance de 2 ans à partir de septembre 2024.

Étudiant de niveau BAC+4, vous préparez un diplôme d'école de commerce ou d'école d'ingénieurs, avec une spécialisation en Informatique ou en Management de Projets Digitaux.

Vous possédez une appétence technique et des connaissances en gestion de projets dans une organisation agile.
