    A propos du poste :

    Le siège du Printemps recrute son ou sa futur(e)Responsable Ressources Humaines H/F en CDD basé sur Paris.Rattaché à la DRH digital, vous aurez pour principalesmissions:Piloter et mettre en oeuvre la politique Ressources Humainesen adéquation avec la stratégie de Place des tendances etPrintempsAccompagner les responsables dans leur management deproximité pour garantir un bon climat de travail, une communicationinterne de qualité et un suivi qualitatif de l'ensemble descollaborateursSuivre la réalisation des entretiens annuels et en assurerl'exploitationEtablir le plan de formation, accompagner lesévolutions professionnelles et mobilitésAccompagner la direction de l'entreprise dans l'applicationde la réglementation relative au droit du travail conduire lesévolutions.Assurer la préparation de toutes les réunions paritaires etles animer (CSE, SSCT), veiller à la qualité des relations avec cespartenairesAssurer, en coordination avec le Directeur Place destendances, ainsi que la Directrice dePrintemps, une gestion des frais de personnel et deseffectifsGarantir le bon déroulement du processus de paie et deséléments qui la constituent, coordonner les calculs de primesAccompagner les opérationnels dans leur analyse des besoinsde recrutementPiloter les process de recrutements étudiants, employés,agents de maitrise et cadres des profils digitauxpour l'ensemble du groupe

    Profil recherché :

    Vous vous reconnaissez dans les missions de ce poste ? Nous recherchons une personne dotée du profil suivant : Vous êtes diplômés d'une formation de type Bac +4/5(universitaire ou école de Commerce) avec une spécialisation RH.Vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans la fonction RHdans l'idéal sur un périmètre e-commerce / digitalCompétences/Savoir-faire requis :. Maitrise des techniques et méthodes de recrutement,. Solides connaissances en droit social,. Expérience des relations collectives et gestion desinstances,. Capacité à gérer des projets,. Sensibilité mode, luxe et grands magasins.Qualités :. Sens du service, empathie, bienveillance et qualitésrelationnelles,. proximité, sens du terrain, opérationnalité,. Force de proposition,.
