Mission
Au sein de l'équipe Customer Service et E-retail de la Maison Lancel, vous êtes en relation avec les clients retail, e-commerce et marketplaces et répondez à leurs requêtes. Vos missions consistent notamment en :
1. Messages clients
· Traiter et suivre les messages clients en français et anglais : formulation de réponses personnalisées à partir des scripts existants pour tous les canaux
o Mail
o Téléphone
o Chat en ligne
o Réseaux sociaux
o Plateformes marketplace
· Informer les clients sur les produits, les collections, l'e-commerce et l'après-vente en vous appuyant sur les différents départements de la Maison (boutiques, e-commerce, supply-chain, marketing, Atelier SAV)
· Traiter et suivre les demandes de réparation à distance dont internationales
· Mettre à jour et développer le book des scripts
· Traiter et suivre les demandes de ventes à distance France et international : conseil produit, règlement, expédition, suivi
2. Missions spécifiques e-commerce
· Informer les clients e-commerce en amont et en aval des ventes : disponibilité produit, opérations commerciales, zones et délais de livraison, types de paiements acceptés, conditions de retour
· Accompagner les clients dans leur processus d'achat sur le site, les conseiller et déclencher la vente complémentaire
· Répondre aux demandes d'information sur le suivi des commandes en ligne via le back office de la plateforme web
· Relever les incidents techniques ou problèmes concernant les produits et opérations commerciales
3. Missions suivi SAV
· Vérification mensuelle des échange SAV réalisés en points de vente
· Suivi hebdomadaire de l'activité SAV des points de vente
· Suivi de l'application des process en interne et en boutiques/corners
4. Missions online
· Recherche de contenus et visuels produits pour l'activité online
· Suivi des projets relation client et e-commerce
Profil
· Ecole de commerce et première expérience au contact de clients
· Excellent contact et bonne élocution
· Aisance rédactionnelle en français et anglais, excellente orthographe
· Sens du service et attachement au détail
· Organisation, méthode et rigueur dans le travail
· Agilité dans la prise en main des solutions back-office
Contrat d'apprentissage d'une durée d'un an à compter de septembre 2024
Ticket restaurant et remboursement de l'abonnement transport à 50%
Rémunération à confirmer selon niveau d'étude
