    Rattaché à la COO et en tant que Consultant E-Commerce Confirmé, vous rejoignez une équipe de 6 Consultants passionnés. Vous accompagnez vos clients dans la définition de leur stratégie e-commerce et la formulation des recommandations.

    Vos principales missions :

    • Vous identifiez les forces et axes d'amélioration d'une marque sur le canal e-retail en analysant de nombreux KPIs (ventes, part de marché...) et sa présence sur les sites de e-retail (analyses de mots-clés, fiches produits...) ;
    • Vous imaginez et recommandez le parcours consommateur idéal sur les sites de e-retail afin d'améliorer l'expérience client ;
    • Vous analysez et réfléchissez au positionnement d'un produit ou d'une catégorie sur le canal digital en comparaison avec le canal physique ;
    • Vous analysez la conformité des produits sur les différentes enseignes et travaillez l'optimisation (ex : Masterdata) ;
    • Vous suivez les performances de nos clients et le retour sur investissement des actions prescrites via la construction et l'analyse de scorecards périodiques ;
    • Vous managez un Consultant et/ou alternant.
