- Coordination support for the EMEA trade shows – Approx. 18/year (ISE, Prolight + Sound, PLASA, JTSE, CUE, LEaT con, Paris Audio Video Show, EI Live UK, Amsterdam Dance Event, XP Conference...)
- Event concept
- Orders (booth space, booth building, furniture, electricity, internet, hostesses, product rental, catering, hotels, etc.)
- Shipments
- Budget tracking
- Show report
- Coordination and support of the VIP visits (Puy du Fou, Philharmonie de Paris, concerts and other partnerships)
- Event schedule
- Travel for both the team and the guests
- Coordination with the partners
- On-site support
- Coordination of all the listening events and meet-ups taking place in our London offices – Approx. 20/year
- Guest lists
- Orders (food, drinks, furniture, etc.)
- Instructions for the freelance person who will be on-site during the event
- Support on the year-end gift contact selection
- Support on swag management for EMEA
- At least one year of experience in Events Coordination. Trade show experience is a plus.
- Languages:French & English mandatory (business level, spoken & written. 70 to 80% of working time in English). Another language would be a plus.
- Competent with systems: CRM (Microsoft Dynamics ideally), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Great customer skills
- Knowledge of event planning best practices
- Vendor negotiations skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, organized, adept at all phases of events coordination
- Excellent communication and presentationskills
- Willingness to travel within EMEA on a regular basis
- Driver's licence mandatory

As Events Coordinator, EMEA, you will work under the supervision of the Head of Events, Global, in a team of 4 people. Based in the headquarter in Marcoussis, France, you will coordinate several kinds of events, such as trade shows, special events, demonstrations, meet-ups, partners visits, etc. You will work closely with the rest of the Communication team to prepare these events.
