Vos missions au quotidien

Aider Isabelle à être autonome dans la gestion quotidienne de ses comptes, conseiller Mehdi sur l'assurance de sa prochaine voiture ou encore accompagner Sarah pour l'ouverture d'un livret jeune pour son fils ... Au quotidien comme dans les moments clés de la vie, vous accompagnez les clients par téléphone et email dans le développement de leurs projets. Vous êtes garant de la satisfaction client.
Concrètement, vous serez amené à :
Accueillir et traiter les demandes clients
Conseiller les clients et leur proposer des produits et services bancaires personnalisés (moyens de paiement, crédit à la consommation, épargne et assurance/prévoyance)
Accompagner les clients à l'utilisation des solutions digitales
Participer au développement commercial
