    Quelles sont les missions ?

    Rattach? au Directeur G?n?ral du Groupe, en tant que Responsable M?thodes, le principal enjeu du poste sera l'audit des proc?s existant et la mise en place d'action corrective, notamment au regard des retours SAV actuels.

    Votre p?rim?tre comprend :

    * La participation ? la conception de la gamme et ? la r?daction du cahier des charges et de prototypage,
    * La d?finition des proc?dures de production ? mettre en place en lien avec les achats et la supply chain,
    * L'accompagnement technique du SAV et du sous-traitant de fabrication (bas? en France),
    * L'optimisation de la cha?ne de production (co?t et qualit?),
    * La participation au budget de production et l'?valuation de la performance commerciale de la gamme,

    Quel est le profil idéal ?

    Titulaire d'un dipl?me d'Ing?nieur minimum, vous disposez d'au moins une premi?re exp?rience professionnelle ? un poste de Responsable M?thodes et/ou Chef de Projet Industrialisation/am?lioration continue id?alement acquise dans le secteur du retail, e-commerce, FMCG.

    Le poste est ?volutif vers une opportunit? de Directeur des Op?rations avec une dimension commerciale/entrepreneuriale (positionnement de la marque, r?flexion globale sur les performances de la gamme, la distribution) en plus de tous les enjeux techniques ?voqu?s.

    Vous avez une app?tence pour l'innovation et l'entrepreneuriat et recherchez un v?ritable challenge ? la hauteur de vos ambitions.
