Description
Poste : Rattaché au Directeur Général du Groupe, en tant que Responsable Méthodes, le principal enjeu du poste sera l'audit des procès existant et la mise en place d'action corrective, notamment au regard des retours SAV actuels.
Votre périmètre comprend :
* La participation à la conception de la gamme et à la rédaction du cahier des charges et de prototypage,
* La définition des procédures de production à mettre en place en lien avec les achats et la supply chain,
* L'accompagnement technique du SAV et du sous-traitant de fabrication (basé en France),
* L'optimisation de la chaîne de production (coût et qualité),
* La participation au budget de production et l'évaluation de la performance commerciale de la gamme,
Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive.
Profil : Titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur minimum, vous disposez d'au moins une première expérience professionnelle à un poste de Responsable Méthodes et/ou Chef de Projet Industrialisation/amélioration continue idéalement acquise dans le secteur du retail, e-commerce, FMCG.
Le poste est évolutif vers une opportunité de Directeur des Opérations avec une dimension commerciale/entrepreneuriale (positionnement de la marque, réflexion globale sur les performances de la gamme, la distribution) en plus de tous les enjeux techniques évoqués.
Vous avez une appétence pour l'innovation et l'entrepreneuriat et recherchez un véritable challenge à la hauteur de vos ambitions.
Entreprise : Notre client est la filiale de production d'équipements d'une PME industrielle française qui conçoit, fabrique et commercialise des équipements et consommables. Les produits finis premium et fabriqués intégralement en France et commercialisés en e-commerce et via un réseau de distributeurs spécialisés.
