- Transformation – Accompagnement dans la conduite du changement et l'appropriation des enjeux d'impact, mise en œuvre du déploiement et accompagnement des plans d'actions, opérationnalisation des dispositifs société à mission, stratégie d'embarquement managériale, création de réseaux d'ambassadeurs, animation d'ateliers, plus ponctuellement structuration d'initiatives d'investissement à impact...
- Formation & sensibilisation – Déploiement de différents formats de sensibilisation autour des grands problématiques environnementales et sociales (fresques climat / biodiversité, atelier 2tonnes, etc.).
- Contribuer à la démarche de conseil et aux missions qui nous sont confiées en vous appuyant sur :
- Une bonne compréhension des attentes clients, de leur environnement et contexte ;
- Une bonne maîtrise des enjeux d'impact (ESG, RSE, CSRD, SFDR...);
- Une réelle capacité de problématisation des enjeux, de formalisation des plans d'actions et de mise en œuvre autonome de ceux-ci, de conception et rédaction de contenus stratégiques C-Level ;
- Une bonne capacité à se plonger dans les business models des entreprises accompagnées pour systématiquement lier enjeux d'impact et enjeux business ;
- Une maîtrise des logiques d'accompagnement du changement dans les organisations ;
- Une bonne compréhension des problématiques de gouvernance des sujets ;
- Une aisance relationnelle dans l'interaction avec des dirigeants et décideurs ;
- La maturité requise aussi bien pour prendre des initiatives, être force de propositions pour le client que pour assurer le reporting et suivi de la mise en œuvre de la mission.
- Prendre pleinement votre part au projet d'une entreprise en plein développement en travaillant :
- Au rayonnement extérieur et à la visibilité du cabinet ;
- Au développement des initiatives internes et potentiellement de nouvelles offres ;
- A la réflexion et prospective sur les grands enjeux abordés par WEMEAN.
- Conduire un projet personnel porteur de sens pour vous comme pour le rayonnement du cabinet (développement d'une nouvelle activité, initiative pro bono, etc...)
- Vous cherchez à donner du sens à votre projet professionnel, et accordez une réelle importance à la valeur d'engagement ;
- Vous êtes convaincu.e de la nécessité pour les entreprises de s'engager pour contribuer positivement aux grands enjeux sociaux et environnementaux ;
- Vous souhaitez appréhender rapidement les enjeux stratégiques (business, parties prenantes, image...) d'une entreprise ;
- Vous êtes diplômé d'un master 2 (ou équivalent : MBA, MSc, MS, ...) d'une grande école ou d'une Université ;
- Vous parlez français (FLE ou langue maternelle) et maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais professionnel ;
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, la solidarité et l'esprit de groupe tout en étant performant.e dans la conduite de tâches individuelles et habitué.e à la prise d'initiative et à l'autonomie ;
- Vous disposez d'une réelle capacité d'adaptation à la diversité des entreprises, interlocuteurs ou univers culturels auxquels vous pourriez être confronté.e ;
- Vous savez conceptualiser et présenter vos idées avec une grande rigueur de réflexion et une solide clarté d'expression ;
- Vous disposez d'une connaissance et d'une curiosité réelle pour les enjeux d'impact au sens large et maîtrisez les leviers nécessaires à la conduite de projets stratégiques en entreprise (benchmark, SWOT, plans d'actions, modèles de gouvernance, etc.) ;
- Vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle significative (2 à 5 ans) dans l'un des domaines ou rôles suivants :
- Cabinets de conseil en stratégie / transformation / accompagnement du changement ;
- Direction de la stratégie / direction de la transformation en corporate ;
- Chief of staff ou autre fonction de pilotage transverse en start-up.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques élémentaires (c.-à-d. Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
