- S'assure de la transmission des informations aux différents services concernés.
- Organise et supervise les mises en place en fonction des prévisions d'activité et des informations relatives au produit.
- S'assure de l'application des standards de la marque.
- Veille à la qualité de la présentation des supports de vente et vérifie la conformité de la tarification.
- Organisation des journées, Breakfast, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room service
- Participation au planning
- Participation aux processus d'amélioration opérationnel
- Organisation et réalisation des inventaires physiques
- Suivi et établissement des analyses F&B fin de mois
- Maintien à jour des bases de données (articles, fournisseurs...)
- Contrôle des postings Micros
- Aide à la gestion des payes, congés, planning, extras
- Calcul des ratios matières, proposition et mise en places d'actions correctives Qualifications
