- Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:
- Sélection des risques médicaux et financiers sur les demandes d'adhésions soumises par nos partenaires italiens.
- Expertise sur les contrats italiens (CQS, CQP, PPI & CPI)
- Participation active aux lancements des nouveaux produits sur le marché italien
- Missions transverses avec les équipes : expertise en sélection des risques, commerciales, digitales, juridiques et déploiement
- Participation ponctuelle aux contrôles opérationnels sur nos TPA
- Support au Manager Opérationnel de la Sélection des Risques
- Formation et accompagnement des collaborateurs juniors/alternants
- Activités de reporting
- Participation aux comités médicaux Votre Profil
- Bilingue italien/anglais + bonne maitrise du français
- Autonome, organisé, résistant au stress
- Bonne communication à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Travail collaboratif en équipe
- Capacité à interagir et à travailler avec d'autre équipes de manière transversale en Italien et en Anglais
- Force de proposition
- Diplômes et niveau d'expérience requis
- Expérience acquise en sélection des risques médicaux et financiers (à minima 5 ans)
- BTS/Licence en Assurances
- Connaissances séniors du marché italien en assurance de personnes
