    Tes missions, si tu l'acceptes :

    En tant que Conseiller.ère de vente en Alternance, tu es chargé.e d'accueillir, d'accompagner et d'apporter un véritable conseil de qualité à notre clientèle, composée tant de particuliers que de professionnels, tout en participant aux
    tâches courantes du magasin.

    Tout au long de ta formation, accompagné.e par ton tuteur, tu seras responsabilisé.e sur les missions suivantes :

    • Conseiller et avoir une liberté d'action sur la satisfaction client (remboursement,
      échange, remise, etc.)
    • Organiser et participer à la mise en place d'animations commerciales
    • Suivre les stocks, vérifier les ruptures et trouver des solutions
    • Proposer l'implantation de nouvelles références
    • Retravailler le plan merchandising d'une ou plusieurs gammes
    • Organiser un plan de prospection client et le mettre en application

    Tes missions pourront évoluer au fil du temps en fonction de l'activité et des priorités du magasin


    Et concrètement, comment ça se passe ?

    Dès ton premier jour, tu seras accueilli(e) par ton équipe et ton manager, et tu pourras découvrir notre culture, notre fonctionnement, nos valeurs, BREF notre ADN

    Tu seras formé(e) à la colorimétrie, à nos produits, à nos systèmes de fidélité, à nos techniques de vente et à tous nos process de gestion (caisse, livraisons, stocks, etc.)

    Tu auras également un accès illimité à notre plateforme e-learning pour te former en continue

    Ce poste est fait pour toi si :

    Tu prépares l'un des diplômes suivants :

    > Bac+2 Vente/Commerce (ex : BTS MCO)

    > Bac+2 Métiers de la coiffure

    > Bac+2 Esthétique, cosmétique, parfumerie

    Tu souhaites t'inscrire dans un parcours lié au conseil client et vente, tu as la fibre commerciale en toi

    Et bien sûr, tu partages les valeurs Bleu Libellule : L'Audace, la Bienveillance, la Passion et l'Ambition
