- Supervising the 1st level support / service desk
- Handling service requests and fault reports via telephone and ticket system
- Coordinating and ensuring ticket processing
- Monitoring compliance with SLAs
- Initiating and overseeing escalations
- Providing support for multiple locations including Duisburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, and Wiesbaden
- Completion of IT training or relevant professional experience in first-level IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment in resolving IT issues
- Independent working attitude
- Possession of a valid driver's license
