- Gérer et suivre les commandes dobjets, dimpressions et de PLV du Groupe (France et International) : demande de devis et suivi de la production jusquà la livraison.
- Gérer le back office de la Boutique en ligne : proposition dobjets, shooting photos et saisie des fiches objets.
- Être le lien avec le logisticien Staci pour la gestion des livraisons au sein des différentes services et la facturation.
- Saisie des bons de commande sur le logiciel NOA et suivi des dossiers sur Planner.
- Vérifier et gérer les livraisons des commandes du stock DA en Interne et la facturation.
- Relation avec les commanditaires internes et les prestataires.
- Assurer une veille sur les tendances et les nouvelles fabrications.
- Assurer un reporting précis et régulier de lactivité.
- Être en lien avec les graphistes pour la préparation des fichiers créa.
- Vous maitrisez Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureus(e)
- Vous avez une bonne gestion des priorités et le sens de la communication
- Vous êtes dynamique et possédez un esprit du travail en équipe
- Le petit + avoir un esprit créatif et un bon niveau danglais
