    Responsable des ventes H/F
    KPARK cherche à renforcer ses équipes commerciales dans le cadre de son développement
    Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Ventes, vous formez, accompagnez et faîtes monter en compétence les Techniciens Conseil placés sous votre responsabilité. Véritable animateur(rice), vous mettez en oeuvre les actions marketing terrains spécifiques.
    Garant(e) de la bonne application de la nouvelle méthode de vente, vous assurez le reporting quotidien de l'activité de votre magasin.
    Votre capacité à atteindre vos propres objectifs de vente et votre présence au quotidien sur le terrain pour animer et développer l'activité de votre équipe assureront votre progression et la croissance des ventes de votre magasin.
    De formation commerciale (Bac à bac+2 souhaité), vous êtes une Femme ou un Homme de terrain et possédez une expérience de manager d'au moins deux ans dans l'encadrement et l'animation d'équipe commerciale. Véritable challengeur(se), vous faites preuve de pédagogie et de dynamisme au quotidien.
    Votre excellent relationnel et votre fort attrait pour le terrain sont des atouts vous permettant d'accompagner au mieux vos équipes et de les mener vers l'atteinte des objectifs.
    Une expérience dans la vente directe est requise. (Menuiseries recommandée)
