- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour comprendre les besoins métier et identifier les meilleures solutions Workday.
- Participer à la conception, la configuration et la personnalisation des modules Workday en fonction des exigences spécifiques de l'entreprise.
- Fournir un support technique et fonctionnel tout au long du cycle de vie du projet, de la phase de planification à la mise en œuvre et aux phases postérieures.
- Assurer la formation des utilisateurs finaux sur l'utilisation efficace de Workday.
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques et fonctionnels qui peuvent survenir, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et le support de Workday si nécessaire.
- Participer à l'optimisation continue des processus RH en évaluant et en proposant des améliorations basées sur les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie et les nouvelles fonctionnalités de Workday.
- Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre et la configuration de la solution SIRH Workday.
- Connaissance approfondie des modules Workday tels que la gestion des talents, la gestion des performances, la gestion des avantages, la gestion du temps et de la présence, etc.
- Compétence en matière d'analyse des besoins métier et de traduction en solutions Workday efficaces.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et externes.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Certification Workday sur les différentes modules serait un avantage. (Module- HCM /Recruiting/ Comp & ben etc.)
- Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise.
