    Nous recherchons pour la rentrée de Septembre 2024 notre futur.e alternant.e RH pour intégrer notre équipe durant une année durant laquelle nous t'accompagnerons sur ton projet pro.

    La promesse pour l'alternant.e

    • Découverte d'un service RH polyvalent au sein d'une agence de production
    • Découverte des expertises de la production en publicité
    • Montée en compétence sur les fondamentaux des RH au sein d'une équipe super sympa
    • Des missions à adapter (et pourquoi pas de nouvelles à proposer) en fonction de tes appétences.

    Parmi les missions que nous pouvons te proposer :

    Recrutement stagiaires/alternants (et aide ponctuelle sur les postes en CDI) :

    • Anticipation des besoins de recrutement de stagiaires & alternants (échéances de recrutement)
    • Analyse des besoins (missions, profils) auprès des experts
    • Rédaction et mise en ligne des annonces de recrutement
    • Management de l'ATS : Suivi des candidatures, présélection des CV, réponse aux candidats
    • Participation aux entretiens de recrutement, rédaction de comptes-rendus d'entretien

    Campus management :

    • Préparation des arrivées (envoi des coordonnées pour le 1er jour, demande de badge, mail de bienvenue)
    • Accueil des nouveaux arrivants
    • Aide à l'organisation d'évènements / formations

    Administration du personnel :

    • Demandes de prise en charge auprès de l'OPCO
    • Suivi des arrivées / départs et actualisation de la base de donnée
    • Recueil & classification des pièces justificatives des nouveaux collaborateurs
    • Création des nouveaux arrivants dans le SIRH SAP
    Qualifications
    • Tu es en formation avec une spécialisation RH obligatoirement (BAC+5)
    • Tu as eu une première expérience professionnelle dans les Ressources Humaines ou une forte motivation pour découvrir ce secteur
    • Tu fais preuve de rigueur dans ton travail et sais t'organiser
    • Tu es sociable et sais vite t'adapter à un environnement dynamique
    • Tu as un bon niveau d'expression orale & écrite

    La date de démarrage est possible pour août ou septembre 2024.

    A compétences égales, une attention particulière sera apportée aux personnes en situation de handicap.
