    Ce que vous aurez à faire

    Au cœur de l'équipe Niche Brands et en lien direct avec la coordinatrice retail, vous aiderez à la coordination de l'ensemble de la business unit. Vous serez un élément clé, support des équipes terrain et des équipes siège pour les marques que vous représentez : L'Artisan Parfumeur, Christian Louboutin Beauté, Penhaligon's & Dries Van Noten Beauté.

  • IT : suivi et optimisation des outils permettant l'analyse des ventes.
  • Stock/commandes : passage et suivi des commandes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des points de vente (Produits vente, Moyens moteurs et POSM).
  • Budget/ facturation : en collaboration avec la coordinatrice retail, pilotage des budgets et contrats maintenance & intérim
  • Reporting : consolidation des reportings mensuels destinés au top management (sell out & intérim).
  • Outils de communication : élaboration d'une newsletter mensuelle à destination des équipes de vente permettant d'avoir une vision 360 sur les actualités de nos marques ainsi qu'une rétrospective des résultats.
  • Coordination de la BU : organisation des événements d'équipe, réunions managers ainsi que du séminaire annuel à destination des équipes de vente.
  • Maintenance : coordination des interventions de maintenance en boutiques et grands magasins.

  • Expérience : un premier stage en retail terrain serait un plus
  • Études : vous avez une formation bac+3 ou vous êtes étudiant.e à l'université / école de commerce
  • Langues : vous parlez couramment français et anglais
  • Compétences : vous êtes organisé(e), savez prioriser, vous adapter, et travailler dans l'urgence ; vous faites preuve de rigueur et de proactivité ; vous maitrisez le Pack Office ; SAP serait un plus

    Attention, pour candidater vous devez pouvoir réaliser 6 mois de stage et disposer d'une convention délivrée par votre école/université.
