    Job Description

    Within Natixis CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking), in the Green & Sustainable Hub (GSH) division, made up of an operational team of about thirty employees in direct contact with customers, you join the team dedicated to the Banque Populaire (BP) networks and Caisses d'Epargne (CE). In this team we work to serve the needs of BP and CE, in terms of green and sustainable finance, in continuity with the expertise and values of the Green & Sustainable Hub in terms of integrity, innovation and sustainable development.

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Structuring and originating green and sustainable finance products and solutions tailored to SME and public sector clients in BP and CE, as ESG Coordinator (support, advice, origination (pitch), structuring, arrangement, and monitoring of KPIs);
  • Develop a strategic dialogue on green & sustainable issues with ETI and public sector clients of the BP and CE networks, supporting them in their CSR journey and overseeing the entire range of solutions and advice ranging from financing to investment/investment solutions;
  • Setting up and running an incubation mechanism aimed at training through practice, Employees seconded for a period of several months within the GSH, with green and sustainable origination and more generally to the green and sustainable finance ecosystem, who will become the sustainable finance operational referents within the networks;
  • Provide technical support for the development of the standardized and industrialised "Green & Sustainable" product offering for BP and CE customers, to provide project managers with adapted offers and tools (product structure, user guides, training materials, "FAQs", third-party reviewer relationships, ESG data, label identification, public support schemes with environmental and social conditionalities replicating the requirements of sustainable finance/ESG, etc.);
  • Contribute to the reflection of impact measures, ESG structuring of the group and its pooled financing/ investment tools of the group (ex: ETI funds, etc.), by making available syndication mechanisms, GSH expertise relating to investors and their regulatory needs.

  • Contribute to the development of skills and Sustainable Finance expertise within the BP and EC network in connection with the GSH, Offer & Development and Group CSR teams;
  • We propose to train you in the cross-asset and cross-sector approach to approach sustainable finance in a strategic and transversal way;
  • You will be the privileged GSH contact for the BPCE network.
