    Poste : Pour ce poste, vous serez directement rattaché au responsable e-commerce & marketplace. Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble des gammes de produits et jouerez un rôle pivot entre la stratégie marketing globale et le service commercial.
    Pour ce poste, vos principales missions seront :

    - Animation du site E-commerce et Marketplaces : Mise en ligne des produits et gestion du catalogue produit.
    - Gestion du service client
    - Créer, gérer et optimiser la visibilité des produits sur notre Eshop et les marketplaces (description, photos, prix, offres etc.)
    - Suivi et analyse des ventes, KPI, les chiffres et tirer de vos analyses des points de progression.
    - Aide à la mise en place des plateformes web pour nos clients (national et international)
    - Veille concurrentielle et benchmark permanent sur le marché e-commerce France afin d'anticiper les évolutions du marché et proposer les points d'amélioration
    - Rédaction des spécifications techniques et cahiers de charges pour nos développeurs (agences & Freelances).
    - Mise en place et coordonner les actions de vente en ligne sur notre EShop & marketplaces (planning d'animation, vente flash, promotion, vente privée etc.)
    - Production de contenu web (fiches produits, wording pub, sliders) & optimisation SEO
    - Participation à la définition et mise en place de la stratégie d'acquisition (SEA, SEO et Google Analytics).
    - Interaction quotidienne avec équipe création (briefs créa : slider, pub et identité graphique pour le web)
    - Mise en place des actions avec l'équipe communication pour croitre le nombre des abonnés de la base de clients.

    - Rédaction des newsletters, mise en page et programmation des envois.
    - Segmentation de notre base de clients pour adresser le bon message à la bonne cible.
    - Reporting sur les newsletters.
    - Créer une relation de confiance avec nos clients
    - Valoriser nos clients les plus fidèles.
    Profil : - Très bonne connaissance de l'ensemble des leviers webmarketing et des enjeux relatifs à l'Analytics et la data, capacité à driver la stratégie par les KPI
    - Maîtrise d'un système de gestion de contenus (CMS) de type Shopify
    - Connaissance des différents leviers d'acquisition (payants et gratuits)
    - Maîtrise des outils associés (AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager)
    - Maîtrise des outils d'Analytics et de tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics ...)
    - Maîtrise du pack Office (Excel, Word, PPT...)
    - Maîtrise de l'anglais
