    Your impact :

    As an Offensive Security Lead or a Lead Pentesteur, you must be able to work closely and collaboratively with the relevant subsidiary IT teams and be able to drive continuous improvement in the field of IT Security within those organizations

    Your mission :

    The role reports directly to the Architecture & Offensive Security Manager and is a member of the Group IT department

    Interfaces with peers in the Infrastructure and Application departments as well as with the leaders of the business units to both share the corporate security vision with those individuals and to solicit their involvement in achieving higher levels of enterprise security through information sharing and co-operation

    This includes :

    • Ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the organization's assets
    • Conduct penetration Testing activities and product reports.
    • Coordinate penetration testing Third Party companies
    • Manage internal/external resource plan to conduct offensive security activities
    • Coordinate Red Team activities
    • Maintain Red Team infrastructure
    • Ad-hoc participation to forensic analysis and incidents resolutions
    • Perform vulnerability analysis
    • Follow-up on vulnerability remediation
    • Ad-hoc tool development in the context of penetration testing
    • Maintain existing internal penetration testing tools

    Technical environment :

    • The profile of the role requires the following:
    • Experience in both in-house and outsourced environments
    • Experience in development (ideally Python)
    • Experience working in cross-functional, geographically dispersed project teams and working within a hybrid internal and outsourced environments
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Knowledge with a wide range of equipment and security systems in use at the organization (e.g. ; next generation firewalls, Servers, VM, SAN, Cisco IOS, switches, understanding of IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems), threat analysis and protection, sandboxing, experience and understanding of IDS (Intrusion Detection System), IMS (Identity Management System), data exfiltration, and auditing and event logging solutions)
    • Familiarity with OWASP, NIST frameworks
    • Able to use IT systems in an accurate and proficient manner

    Your strenghts and skills :

    Main responsibilities and accountabilities of the role will include to:

    • Manages Offensive Security Team
    • Ad-Hoc Participation in the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)
    • Security Architecture
    • IT Investigations:
    • Digital Forensics
    • Conducts technical assessments.
    • Conducts Red Teaming activities.
    • Organizes and facilitates interdepartmental communication to identify and resolve security issues
    • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT field with security related experience
    • Security certifications such as OSCP
