- Gérer le portefeuille de projets
- Investir dans le découpage en sous-projets, suivre et respecter le budget et le planning
- Sélectionner et coordonner les ressources et optimiser leur utilisation
- Organiser et arbitrer, avec les autres delivery managers, les besoins en ressources des projets
- Diffuser les bonnes pratiques en matière de gestion de projet
- Animer les comités de pilotage et faciliter la prise de décision stratégique pour chaque projet
- Mettre en œuvre et contrôler les outils de suivi de la performance des projets
- Être en contact étroit avec les clients.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet SIRH.
- Vous connaissez l'une des solutions SaaS du marché RH/Cloud (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Cornerstone, Neocase...)
- Vous disposez idéalement d'une certification en gestion de projet (PMP, Prince2...).
- Les qualités recherchées pour ce poste sont :

AMARIS ACT recherche un Delivery Manager pour l'un de ses bureaux à Paris, Lyon ou Monaco.
Le Delivery Manager rejoindra l'équipe Delivery Management.
Dans le cadre d'une ouverture, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille de projets.
Votre rôle sera de gérer chacun de ces projets SIRH/RH, en supportant les opérationnels (techniques et fonctionnels) sur les aspects planning, méthodologiques et gestion de clientèle.
